The BE Program
The clients are a group of psychologists treating women’s eating disorders through online courses. Their former website was crudely built, projected the wrong look and feel, was difficult to navigate, and produced little revenue.
The clients wanted a website that was modern, attractive to women, and not “WordPressy.” It had to have easy navigation and an effective sales funnel.
The website was to have both ecommerce and membership.
Rather than having a fixed header on the front page, we built a slider with the logo on most slides. There are four call-to-action buttons below the slider. The remainder of the page is full-width so the client can put in what they want. There are a number of extra templates, including a members’ page, a landing page and various different page configurations, such as content centered with no sidebars.
The ecommerce and membership are integrated, so the visitor signs up for both when purchasing a product. Course modules are dripped to the purchaser. There is a course hub page where the course member has access to previous course material.
There is also a free membership with a protected members’ area with resources.
The website loads in less than a second due to careful programming, compressed images and a caching plugin.
